im going to be getting an Apple Watch And I want to know what is the Watch equivalent of the iPhone double clicking home button and closing running apps? In other words how do u fully close apps on an Apple Watch? On Mac it is command Q, on iPhone is double click home button and swipe up.

No, there is no screen that shows all open / running apps.
